The competition for the Swedish Technology Award 2024 has now concluded, and the winners have been selected!

Two awards have been presented in this year's Swedish Technology Award: one by the jury and the other by the event visitors. The winners of each award are presented below, along with the jury's motivations highlighting why these companies are well-deserving of their honors.

🏆 The jury selects Lenser i-Plate from Thurne Teknik AB as the winner of the Swedish Technology Award 2024.

Motivation:
“Lenser i-Plate is a product that enables improvements in the industry’s crucial filtration steps. Real-time information allows direct control of quality and process. The sensor can be integrated into existing filters, offering the opportunity to upgrade to a higher degree of automation. Additionally, the sensor measures during filter cleaning, ensuring it is cleaned to the exact required level. Lenser i-Plate is an elegant and smart solution that increases productivity through precise quality and reduced resource consumption.”

🏅 The jury gives an honorable mention to TiQAM from Tricylon Robotics AB.
Motivation:
“TiQAM is a product for real-time quality control of machining processes. Established acoustic listening technology is combined with G-code. The information is used to detect anomalies. The product can be installed in existing machines and is considered to have great commercial potential. TiQAM is based on Swedish research.”
