Submit proposals for the stage programme at Scanautomatic

You are invited to submit proposals for the stage programme at Scanautomatic

All exhibitors at Scanautomatic 2024 are invited to contribute with proposals for the two presentation stages on the exhibition floor: the Automation Stage and the AI Stage.

The Automation Stage
The Automation Stage highlights challenges in automation and digitalisation, with a focus on skills development to reduce knowledge gaps in industry.
You are invited to showcase your smart solutions and sustainable initiatives by highlighting successful customer case studies, a popular feature for visitors, and the very core of the stage programme.

AI Stage
The AI Stage focuses on innovation in AI, digitalisation and cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial applications. You are invited to present and demonstrate examples of how AI can transform manufacturing and automation, and how the use of technologies such as machine learning and predictive analytics can create new business opportunities and optimise industrial processes through advanced insight and predictability.

Submit your proposal by 14 June.

Here’s how to do it:

  • If you have not previously submitted a proposal to one of our fairs, you will first need to register and create an account (note that this is not the same login as for the Exhibitor Service Online).
  • Enter the proposal with its title and programme text, which should not exceed 800 keystrokes.
  • Also fill in the name, title and contact details of the participants. As the programme time is limited, we recommend a maximum of three participants on stage, including any moderator.
  • You can log in again to make additions or changes to your proposal as long as the registration is open.
  • The deadline for submitting proposals for the stage programme is 14 June. We will then get back to you to let you know if we will proceed with your proposal.

Practical information

  • The stages are located on the exhibition floor at Scanautomatic and offer programmes on all three days of the fair, 8-10 October.
  • Each programme item lasts 20 minutes.
  • The stages have standing tables and standard technical equipment, including a speaker system and a screen for presentations.
  • A technician will be present during the stage programme.
  • As the organiser, you are responsible for agreeing times and other arrangements with the participants, as well as any fees, hotel and travel costs.
